At GeniGen Skin, every facial is customized to you and what your skin actually needs. Whether you’re dealing with acne, hyperpigmentation, texture, signs of aging, or simply want to maintain healthy skin, we’ll focus on your specific concerns and goals. I use a combination of professional treatments and modalities based on your skin and what it can handle, so no two facials are exactly the same. I’m big on results, but I’m also big on the experience. Your facial is your time to relax while I focus on what your skin needs. My goal is for you to leave feeling refreshed, confident, and excited about your skin.
CANCELLATION POLICY
GeniGen Skin strives to provide a personalized, positive experience for every client. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward the total cost of your service at the time of your appointment. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will forfeit the $30 deposit. The deposit will not be refunded or transferred to a future appointment. A new $30 deposit will be required when booking a new appointment. NO-SHOWS A no-show is when a client does not arrive for their scheduled appointment without contacting GeniGen Skin beforehand to cancel or reschedule. Clients who no-show will forfeit their $30 deposit and will be banned from booking any future appointments with GeniGen Skin. If no deposit was collected for the scheduled appointment, GeniGen Skin reserves the right to charge a no-show fee of 20% of the scheduled service price to the card on file. LATE ARRIVALS I understand that traffic and unexpected delays happen. If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service shortened or rescheduled depending on the time available. If there is not enough time to safely and properly complete your service, the appointment will need to be rescheduled. If your appointment must be rescheduled due to a late arrival, your original $30 deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again. REPEATED CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Clients with a history of excessive or repeated cancellations or rescheduling may no longer be permitted to book future appointments with GeniGen Skin. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to GeniGen Skin’s policies, including authorization to charge the card on file for the applicable no-show fee when no deposit was collected.
